About Us

ARM Construction Group is a licensed general contractor built on years of hands-on field work. Our experience didn't begin in a boardroom — it began on the job site, placing stones, pouring concrete, and grading earth under the El Paso sun.

Although our business is newly established as a general contractor, our team brings a proven background in concrete, earthwork, landscaping, metal structures, and custom rockwall construction. Every project is approached with the attention to detail, strong planning, and the drive to exceed client expectations we developed working as subcontractors for El Paso Water and other commercial clients.

A proud UTEP alumnus with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Andy brings deep expertise in administration, vendor relations, planning, project management, problem-solving, and execution. He built ARM with a clear vision: combining strong technical expertise with reliable business practices to create lasting value for every client.

Where it started: Over 10 years ago, Andy was on the crew — physically placing stones to build rock walls, one by one. That early experience as a laborer is the foundation of ARM's discipline and work ethic. The same standards that demanded precision by the stone now drive precision across an entire project.

Concrete

We specialize in a wide range of concrete services — from sidewalks, curbs, and driveway approaches to large-scale footings, building pads, and foundations.

Our work is tailored with the correct concrete strength, rebar reinforcement, and thickness requirements to meet project specifications.

We provide multiple finish options: broom, smooth, stamped, or exposed aggregate — ensuring both structural integrity and a clean, professional appearance.

Earthwork

Our earthwork services prepare each site with precision, including land grading, leveling, and excavation. We handle removal of existing material, import of engineered fill, and compaction to meet load-bearing standards.

We gather accurate elevations to ensure proper drainage, site balance, and readiness for concrete or structural work — delivering a stable foundation for every project.

Landscaping

We provide complete landscaping solutions including decorative rock, gravel, screenings, boulders, and rip rap for both design and functional purposes.

Service 04

Rockwalls

We construct high-quality rock walls and retaining walls with precision workmanship and structural reliability. Walls are built with 2″ joints, proper expansion joints, and a minimum 1800 psi cement strength to ensure long-lasting performance.

We also offer custom stone pillars, wrought iron fencing for enhanced security, and manual or automatic gate systems for both functionality and aesthetics.

This is where ARM began. Our founder placed stones in walls like these for over a decade — the same discipline still runs through every project we take on today.

From groundwork to finish, we deliver full metal building construction including foundations, framing, walls, and roofing.

ARM grew by doing the work larger GCs relied on — concrete, earthwork, rockwalls, landscaping, and metal structures for commercial clients including El Paso Water. We earned our reputation project by project.
